The entire program is a 12 month engagement from the GSD Team. Leadership can expect to meet on a regular cadence. There are bi-weekly check ins on program engagement and advancement and each scheduled meeting is anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Different cost structures are available and exact cost is determined once a strategic fit conversation has been completed. The SFC usually takes about 90 minutes and can be done in person or virtually.
